I’m Joanne Brooks, and my journey has been anything but straightforward. After spending more than two decades in commercial banking, I dove headfirst into entrepreneurship, launching 17 companies along the way. One grew to $30 million turnover in just 24 months—an incredible high—only to be followed by the humbling experience of liquidation. That rollercoaster ride shaped who I am today: someone who values honesty, resilience, and practical guidance.

I’m currently completing my MBA in Strategy and Leadership, adding to my Diplomas in Business, Project Management, and Mortgage Broking Management. My certifications as a Brené Brown Dare to Lead facilitator, Six Seconds Coach, and various finance and business qualifications all complement my lived experience in the entrepreneurial trenches. Together, these form a toolkit I use to help others build resilient, values-aligned businesses.
