Meet the Founder of Healthii Hub

Please welcome Sara Millar, the Founder of Healthii Hub.

Sara has had a passion for working in the health and wellness space since late 2010 when Sara started work as a Membership Sales Consultant for a Female only Fitness Centre.

Sara learnt that going to the gym was more than just puffing it out on the treadmill, sweating under the bar or fad diets.  Its holistic!  There are so many facets to losing weight or gaining muscle, and a lot has to do with mindset, and possibly other underlying conditions.  Here Sara learned that a holistic approach was required to support her clients with their health and wellness goals.  Body, Mind, Spirit and Soul Alignment does in-fact play a part.

Ever since, Sara has been on a mission to identify the most profound way to support anyone going through a health or wellness journey, regardless of how big or small that may be. 

After years of research and planning, Sara founded Healthii Hub, a platform designed to connect clients with health and wellness service providers that meet their unique needs. At Healthii Hub, we believe that everyone deserves access to the right information, education, and support to make informed decisions about their health and wellness.
