WORRY...

WORRY...

WORRY...

I find myself worrying now and then...and it reminds me how quickly a story can take hold of our mind and steer us in a completely different direction to truth and love.
.

Reflecting on the nature of worry and its impact on relationships, I've come to realize that worry may not always indicate care, but rather a lack of trust and communication.
.

Often, uncertainties transform into worry when we let our thoughts and monkey mind chatter create fictional narratives. To prevent spiralling out of control, it's essential to pause and ask ourselves, 'Is this worry true?" Which automatically snaps us back to reality.
.

Set guidelines around the sort of communication that you need so that you are not left wondering or worrying within your relationship.
.

How can you go straight to the heart of the matter? Speak your fears or worries from a place of authenticity. By speaking authentically from the heart, we can express our fears and worries, seeking clarity and understanding. It's so important to ask clear questions that promote open dialogue and minimize misunderstandings. When we hold onto worry, it only adds unnecessary stress and creates distance in our relationships.
.

I can hear Bobby McFerrin singing ?"in every life we have some trouble, but don't worry it makes it double" ? "don't worry, be happy"???.
Establishing guidelines for communication can help alleviate worries and uncertainties. By setting expectations around the type of communication we need, we can avoid being left in a state of wondering and worrying.
.

If you tend to be prone to worrying, consider exploring some deeper inner child healing and building trust from this core place within us. By nurturing this inner trust, you can deepen your connection with your partner and experience a profound sense of connection, intimacy and harmony.
