Frequently Asked Questions
How long does an appointment last?
The first session is approx. 90-120 mins. This is always the longest session as we get to know each other and unpack your needs. In the first session, I do a full assessment of your field to reveal what distortions and imbalances need attention. Follow-up sessions are approx 60 mins in duration.
What is Energy Healing?
Energy healing is the process of releasing, clearing, and healing stale, stagnant, non-beneficial, and lower vibrational frequencies to improve outcomes for the client. Everything is energy and energy is everything. Everything has an energy frequency, and it can be measured. When something is not functioning at its ideal frequency, we typically see issues arise, like discord at work or home, strained relationships (including with ourselves), unhealthy behaviours, poor health, and so on. Energy healing releases what no longer serves us, to help us move forward and experience more of what we desire. While recoding energy helps improve frequency, it is not always the final step in energy healing. It is common to infuse empowering energy (think self-love, joy, acceptance, abundance) and new subconscious programs during an energy healing session to reach the ideal frequency.
What Does Energy Healing Feel Like?
While everyone's experience is unique, the most commonly reported aspects of a session are:
- the gentleness and ease of energies shifting, clearing, and healing
- feelings of peace, serenity, and acceptance
- sensations of cool or warmth within or around the body
- visual remembrance of past life memories

Will I need to prepare or bring anything with me?
There is no preparation needed and you only need to bring an open mind and open heart.
What if I can't attend in person?
All sessions and services are available via Zoom or phone, worldwide. I also offer remote healing sessions where the client does not need to be present.
Are your services suitable for everyone?
Yes, my services and products are safe for all ages. For younger children, I provide a remote session with the parent's consent for ease and practicality. This way the parent doesn't have to stress about keeping the child occupied during treatment time.

I had the privilege of spending some time with Carol a little while ago and I am so pleased that I went! I had been suppressing things that I didn't know where there. Since having that session I was able to clear some blockages and learn how much I had been holding onto internally. I was holding onto some concerns that I had for a family member but also for animals that I had cared for. Well, what can I say but wow, wow, wow. I have had healings with Carol a couple of times. Every time I have gone in feeling stressed, angry, sad, and just in need of something to get me back in sync and get my motivation back in line.
